TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USAGE FOR KRISSY4U PROMO CONTENT

First of all, let me say that I'm not a huge fan of long, drawn out Terms and Conditions so I'll try to keep this short and sweet. I've worked very, very hard to put Krissy4u - Naughty Asian Tgirl together, and as any owner of a business knows, you take a certain pride and possesiveness over the things you create. The purpse of having an Affiliate Program is to help spread my site to audiences that I may not be able to reach on my own, and let's face it, I simply don't have the time or energy to devote the hours it takes to do promotional work! The benefit for you, the Affiliate, comes in the form of cold, hard cash... something we can all use more of!

USE THE PROMOTIONAL CONTENT RESPONSIBLY
This means that you can use pictures, videos clips, and banners to PROMOTE MY SITE. I'm not big on labels so you can describe me using any variety of terms, including 'Shemale,' 'Tranny,' 'Tgirl,' etc. Whatever works for your audience is fine with me. I only ask that you do not use false descriptors when using my promotional content. I also ask that you respect the overall design of my site, FHG's, and Blogs by not creating website pages that may be mistaken for 'official' Krissy4u pages.

As far as promoting goes... If you're using my promotional content, I expect at the very least, a link back to my site, whether you're using an affiliate code or not. Places where I find my content with no reciprocating links will be issued DMCA notices. If you receive a notice but believe you are using my content properly, please contact me. I would prefer you use the anchor text of 'Krissy4u - Naughty Asian Tgirl' when linking back to my site in a blog post or text.

You are free to resize promotional pictures to suit your specific needs as long as you are keeping the ratios intact. You are NOT allowed to remove, mark over, or otherwise hide the Krissy4u watermark; nor are you allowed to add any additional watermark to any promotional content. Additionally, you are not allowed to edit promotional video clips in any respect.

YOU CANNOT ACTIVELY COMPETE AGAINST ME
If you're using my promotional content, you are prohibited from ACTIVELY competing against the site (Krissy4u - Naughty Asian Tgirl). This includes URL's containing the word 'Krissy4u,' unless previously authorized by myself. I've worked very, very hard to maintain top SEO spots for my brand name and any Affiliate caught breaking this request will have their account immediately revoked. This does NOT include competition as far as blog posts, thumbnail galleries, and video galleries go... have at them!

DO NOT HOTLINK TO FILES OR BANNERS
I have a very small site on an independently owned network. Please respect the places that I've clearly marked as 'Do Not Hotlink'. This mostly includes banners, which I change on a regular basis anyway, so hotlinking to them will only serve to give your traffic dead links.

That's pretty easy, right? I'm sure that I've forgotten some things here and there, but basically, I'm trusting that you are using the content that I provide to you correctly. I reserve the right to inspect ALL Affiliate pages where I find my content is being used. I also reserve the right to revoke any Affiliate account which I feel is not operating according to common sense and the above Terms and Conditions. I receive a lot of emails per day but if you put 'Affiliate Question' in the subject, I'll get back to you as soon as possible with an answer.
