This site is the result of a lot of hard work and labor by the Publisher (Krissy4u Media Productions). In an effort to deter fraudulent usage of this site in order to keep subscription levels at an acceptable rate, the following Terms and Conditions of Usage are effective immediately. I hate that I have to have something like this but it is simply a necessity as the site grows in popularity... and, I'm sick of being taken advantage of. For all of you who just want to enjoy the site as it was intended, the following will not impact you at all. For those of you who are seeking to take advantage of the site for whatever reason... it's all here in writing. My rights under the law and your obligations as a User, Non-Member and/or Member of www.krissy4u.com.

EVERYTIME YOU ACCESS THE NON-PUBLIC AREAS OF THE SITE, YOUR UNIQUE IP ADDRESS IS BEING LOGGED AND TIME-STAMPED.

This Agreement is a legal contract between You and the Publisher. You should treat it as any other legal contract by reading its provisions carefully, as they will affect your legal rights. By accessing the Site (www.krissy4u.com) in any manner, you are affirmatively agreeing to be bound by all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms And Conditions Of Usage Agreement (hereafter referred to as 'Agreement'). You may not pick and choose which terms apply to You. If you do not agree with all of the terms in this Agreement, You must cease all access and use of the Site and any other services provided by the Publisher.

A. Krissy4u - Naughty Asian Tgirl, is an ADULT site with ADULT content. You must be of legal age in your country, state, province, city, and/or place of residence in order to access the Site in any manner. If you are not able to fit this criteria, you must cease all access and usage of the Site immediately.

B. From time to time the Publisher may revise this Agreement. It is the responsibility of the USER and/or Member to proactively check for revisions on a weekly basis. All revisions are effective on the posted Effective Date. If the Last Modified date is different from when you last checked the page, we strongly recommend either re-reading the entire Terms And Conditions of Usage Agreement and/or contacting the Publisher for more information.

C. All content provided by the Publisher is provided on an A La Carte basis as a USER or NON-MEMBER. Each and every time You access a non-public portion of www.krissy4u.com, You agree to pay a fee of $100.00 per day of access, and $10.00 per page view. You also agree to pay $5.00 for each still image viewed and/or downloaded and $25.00 for each video clip viewed and/or downloaded. You agree that if your actual usage cannot be determined, that You will be billed an estimated amount. You agree and stipulate that if You disagree with Our estimated bill, you shall have the burden of proof in any court proceeding (or arbitration, or other dispute resolution process) to demonstrate that our billing is sufficiently inaccurate to warrent a reduction in charges. You agree that upon each and every time You access a non-public portion of www.krissy4u.com, to have your unique IP Address logged and stored for the purposes of billing and dispute resolution should the need arise.

D. MEMBERS of our site are provided a discount on the above fees. Members are NOT billed per use as described above, for as long as they remain in good standing. You become a Member of www.krissy4u.com by having payment and access to the site processed by CCBill or by private arrangement with the Publisher AND a unique, private Username / Password combination to access non-public areas of www.krissy4u.com. You will remain a Member in good standing as long as your billing information is correct, truthful, and current and payments are processed in a timely manner. The Publisher reserves the right to cancel a membership for the following reasons.

E. Except in cases of FRAUD, transactions processed through CCBill for the purposes of accessing the non-public areas of www.krissy4u.com are NON-REFUNDABLE without express permission from the Publisher. Should you process a chargeback (charge-back), the Publisher will send you a bill for the chargeback amount + $50.00 to cover fees and expenses levied by its payment processor. You are obligated to pay this amount in addition to any further charges incurred by the Publisher due to the chargeback within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. If the Publisher does not have written dispute of the Invoice within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice, the charges shall be considered as accepted and payment will be expected.

PROVISIONS FOR CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

                     A: Content on www.krissy4u.com is provided to its Members with the Agreement that Members acknowledge that they are one of many Members sharing bandwidth for the Site. Keeping this in mind, the use of 'BOT' programs or specialized software to download content from www.krissy4u.com is prohibited. The Publisher has made every effort to make as much bandwidth available to its Members as is financially feasible. Bandwidth is monitored by the Publisher on a daily basis with the ability to track individual USER/PASSWORD combination usage. If your usage is deemed excessive by the Publisher, you will be notified via email. If your email is not valid or a response is not given, your Membership will be immediately terminated.

                   B: Members of www.krissy4u.com are licensed to use the site within the Terms And Conditions Usage Agreement. Sharing or distributing Your(s) or another(s) unique USERNAME / PASSWORD combination is strictly prohibited. In the event your USERNAME / PASSWORD has become compromised, it will be immediately suspended. The sharing or distributing of a USERNAME / PASSWORD combination is tracked by IP Addresses. If a USERNAME / PASSWORD combination is tracked logging in either at the same time or from different locations, the Membership will be terminated. Sharing or distributing a USERNAME / PASSWORD combination on purpose, either by posting the information in a message board, chat forum, email, group, or etc. is strictly prohibited as well as illegal. The Publisher will actively seek reimbursement from all USERS and NON-MEMBERS accessing the non-public areas of www.krissy4u.com using the fees determined in Section C. using the information provided upon payment processing by CCBill. The Publisher takes this offense VERY seriously as it leads to lost revenue but more importantly, leads to unneccessary strain on the bandwidth and ultimately, unhappy paying Members. If you are caught sharing or distributing a USERNAME / PASSWORD combination (whether your own or not) you agree to pay the Publisher the fees assessed in section C. and/or $150.00 per day the site is accessed using the shared USERNAME / PASSWORD. You will be billed and payment or written notice of dispute will be expected within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date. Failure to remit payment shall constitute THEFT of SERVICE and shall be remitted to the apropriate local authorities for investigation.

IN CLOSING

Pretty simple, right? In short... if you use the Site as it was intended, we'll never have any problems at all. If you choose to violate the Terms And Conditions, I will do everything in my power to make sure that you pay for that choice. I put a lot of work into making this site mine and I think it's just simple common courtesy to respect that.
